About the Project

An internal application designed to automate and streamline the management of regulated processes at Laboratoires Gilbert. The goal was to dynamically generate interactive forms tailored to each procedure, in response to strict regulatory requirements and frequent audits. The project was discontinued after six months of development for administrative reasons.

Problem

In a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, every process is subject to rigorous standards and regular audits. While necessary, these constraints create a significant administrative burden and greatly slow down the implementation or modification of new procedures. The regulatory affairs team, in particular, spent considerable time on manual documentation and change validation.

Proposed Solution

At the request of management, Form-Control aimed to transform this management into an automated and intuitive system:

• Dynamic form generation: on-the-fly creation of interactive forms customized for each process (creation, modification, validation).
• Recursive structuring: support for complex nested components, reflecting real-world workflows.
• Estimated productivity gain: reduction by 2 to 3 times of the regulatory team’s time spent on compliance and procedure update tasks.

Although the project was not completed, it laid the technical foundation for a scalable solution and anticipated the need for an agile process management system in a regulated environment.
